Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah SWT, we are grateful for the opportunity to welcome you to As-Shofa.
Ahlan wa Sahlan, welcome to a place where education is guided by faith, excellence, and purpose. We believe every child is an amanah from Allah, placed in our care to grow with faith, knowledge, and strong character.
Founded on May 2, 1991, the As-Shofa Foundation is an integrated Islamic educational institution committed to providing holistic education that integrates strong academic foundations with Islamic values, global insight, character building, and leadership development with a supportive environment and dedicated educators. Today, As-Shofa offers A-accredited levels of education—Playgroup & Kindergarten, Elementary, Junior High, and Senior High School.

Yayasan As-Shofa was founded on May 2, 1991, by Alm. Ust. Drs. H. Syafwi Khalil, M.Pd., an IKMI mubaligh, with a vision to integrate academic excellence, Islamic values, and character development.
The journey began in the 1991–1992 academic year with 10 students and 4 teachers on the second floor of Masjid Surya, Jl. Melati Gg. Damai. They were encouraged to become mubaligh cilik, delivering short kultum at mosques across Pekanbaru. In 1992, As-Shofa built its first simple school building with wooden walls on rent-land in Gg. Surya, Jl. Melati, under a six-year land-use arrangement. In 1999, the school moved to its current location on Jl. Tuanku Tambusai Ujung, also known as Jl. As-Shofa.
Today, As-Shofa continues to grow on its own land and in its own permanent school buildings, carrying forward the vision and legacy that began in 1991.

Curriculums : Kurikulum Merdeka, Ta’lim Al-Qur’an Terpadu As-Shofa (TATA), and Cambridge learning souce (English & Math)
